Clamato

Whenever I travel to Paris, narrowing down the restaurants that I most want to try is always a torturous affair. There are just too many excellent options! During my recent trip last spring, one of the restaurants that I made it to was Clamato, which is the sister restaurant of the impossibly hard-to-get-into Septime - but unlike it's sister, it operates on a walk-in basis only and is open on Sundays. That's not to say that those are the only two reasons why I decided to eat here, but in a city that has so many excellent dining establishments but where so few are open on Sundays, putting Clamato in my line up was an easy decision.
