Afternoon Tea at Pâtisserie Rhubarbe
Update: Rhubarbe has now changed locations, and it looks like afternoon tea is now available Wednesday through Sunday.
Patisserie Rhubarbe is one of my two favorite pastry shops in Montreal, and I always make sure to pop in whenever I'm in town, sometimes even more than once. Most recently, I found out that they do afternoon tea on Fridays, and with a little schedule maneuvering, we were able to make it in in time. As always, it was heart eyes-level delicious, and my only regret was not having enough room to order more dessert.

For afternoon tea, reservations are required.
Aren't those white ceramic plates cute? You can find others like it at Atelier Make just down the street.
She sells jars of her curds, preserves, and spreads(!), including the lemon curd served with our scones. They are muay delicieux. What is available will vary depending on the specific time of year. Just be prepared for the heavy lifting.
