For a while, it felt as though the fates had deigned that I would not eat at Quinzième. Stomach bugs and schedule conflicts, it was a veritable plague of first world problems. However, this past fall, I managed to break through this streak as I finally sat down to the meal I’d been thinking about for 3 years. It was so quintessentially French: utterly delicious and with enough butter to satisfy the soul. Bienvenue to Paris, indeed.
